He’s really not in One Direction anymore
Fans holding out hope that maybe Zayn leaving One Direction was just a sick, cruel joke have yet more proof that it’s really over: the singer removed “1D” from his Twitter handle.
The change prompted a new trending topic from fans mourning his departure, #YouWillAlwaysBeZaynMalik1D.
And yet, Zayn seemed to ask in a ruminative tweet around the time of the change, what’s in a name?
Instead of references to the band and links to its website, his bio now simply notes his location: “england.”
I find it interesting it’s in Time. the boys never used to get in there before
